Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing & Screening:

Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies
Review resumes and applications
Conduct initial candidate screenings

Hiring Manager Partnership:

Advise and support hiring managers
Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines

Candidate Experience:

Ensure a positive candidate experience
Build strong relationships with candidates

Team Collaboration:

Partner with People Operations team

Qualifications

Experience & Education:

3-5 years of HR or related experience
HR or recruiting certification preferred
Property Management recruiting experience a plus

Skills & Knowledge:

Understanding of applicant tracking systems
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
