Job Description

The Integrated Absence Specialist will administer various leave of absence programs and disability claims in accordance with company protocols and service requirements.

Responsibilities

Manages, tracks, and determines eligibility for job protected leaves, administers disability/PFL claims, coordinates return to work efforts, and provides customer service.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required. 1 year of administrative experience for Level I role and 3-5 years of leave management experience for Level IV role.
