Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process within an organization, including identifying staffing needs, developing hiring strategies, sourcing top talent, conducting interviews, managing candidate relationships, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Create and implement workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies
  • Drive full lifecycle management sourcing for various management roles
  • Utilize digital strategies and social networking for proactive candidate reach
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify position requirements
  • Maintain knowledge of hiring and labor market trends
  • Supervise and mentor the Talent Acquisition team
  • Design consistent recruiting and hiring practices for a strong candidate experience
  • Identify and partner with external providers to meet hiring needs
  • Continuously improve talent practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a recruiter
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR leader
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of US immigration laws and labor regulations
  • Experience with HRMS, MS Office, and digital media
  • Exceptional team-management and leadership skills
