Job Description

Join our team at Cigna Healthcare as an Optional Services Analyst working remotely. You will be responsible for analyzing and verifying internal consistency, compliance, and accuracy of payments while maintaining tracking of invoices and payments.

Responsibilities

Process optional services and other payments across all Cigna markets and segments
Communicate payment information to clients
Maintain tracking for client payments
Interact with customers regarding payment inquiries
Provide reporting and participate in projects related to optional services

Qualifications

Bachelor/Associate's degree in a related field preferred
Previous billing or payment experience is a plus
Knowledge of financial applications like Excel and Cigna's tools preferred
Attention to detail and analytical skills required
General knowledge of insurance products desired
