Job Description

Join our team at TownTasks as a General Merchandise Team Leader to help provide a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product availability and accuracy in pricing and merchandising.

Responsibilities

Execute daily/weekly workload to deliver on department and store sales goals and guest engagement.
Educate your team on operational procedures and inventory management.
Assist with and lead inventory accuracy, merchandise set-up, and pricing processes.
Assign daily tasks to team members based on workload and priorities.
Collaborate with all teams to ensure the store is guest ready.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous retail experience preferred.
Effective communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
