Job Description

The HR Manager at TownTasks will be responsible for implementing high-impact people initiatives, talent acquisition, talent planning, onboarding, learning and development, employee engagement, performance management, compensation, and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with leadership to fulfill talent needs
  • Review staffing needs and ensure facilities are adequately staffed
  • Assess workforce capabilities and provide development experiences
  • Manage employee programs, events, and data analysis
  • Maintain compliance with regulations and process payroll
  • Administer employee files and benefits
  • Maintain knowledge of HR trends and best practices

Qualifications

  • High school diploma and 5 years HR experience
  • Proven ability to lead teams and drive results
  • Collaboration and communication skills
  • Proficiency in HR functions and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with HRIS systems and compliance
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
