Job Description

Amentum is seeking a Material Expediter (Warehouse Specialist) in Springfield, VA. The ideal candidate is well-organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in various warehousing tasks.

Responsibilities

Assemble and repair wood shipping crates using a variety of tools
Wrap and pack crates for shipping/storage
Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts
Ensure accuracy of input data to the inventory system
Inspect, count, and store incoming supplies and equipment

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED
Minimum 3 years of warehouse/inventory experience
Ability to lift materials up to 40 lbs. and work in adverse temperatures
Active Secret US Government Clearance
