Job Description

The HR/GA Specialist plays a key role in aligning business objectives with employees and management, focusing on HR solutions, payroll, compensation management, workplace safety, training and development, recruitment, retention, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

  • General administration duties
  • Assist in recruitment efforts for both management and hourly positions
  • Represent the company at recruiting events and job fairs
  • Manage employee relations and support performance management processes
  • Collaborate with department managers to develop and update job descriptions
  • Implement and oversee training and development programs
  • Stay up to date with employment laws and HR industry trends
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and oversee MRO purchasing activities
  • Assist with employee transportation logistics

Qualifications

  • Associates degree in Business preferred
  • 1+ year of experience in business administration or human resources
  • Experience with a company with 300+ employees
  • Industry exposure with manufacturing, production, or related private service organization
  • Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
  • Ability to learn HR solutions and improve employee performance
  • Korean English Bilingual Required
