Responsibilities

Review and interpret trust agreements and estate planning documents
Explain complex estate planning concepts to clients
Identify and solve legal, tax, and logistical issues
Manage account administration and evaluate requests
Balance grantors' and beneficiaries' needs within a fiduciary framework

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree
5-7 years of trust and estate administration experience
Professional certifications preferred
Knowledge of trust administration, estate planning, taxes, and investments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
