The Claims Implementation Consultant at FinThrive is responsible for supporting clients during implementation, defining application configurations, workflows, and integrations with existing systems.

Responsibilities

Assess current-state business processes and suggest best-practice solutions
Partner with clients to design, document, and deploy application configurations
Translate business requirements into functional specifications
Coordinate activities amongst Client Delivery resources

Qualifications

3+ years of industry experience in hospital revenue cycle
Bachelor’s degree
Strong organization and analytical skills
Knowledge of MS Office Products
