Job Description

The Market ORC Manager oversees and executes Organized Retail Crime programs to achieve Safety, Shrink, Expense, and Liability objectives. They are responsible for detection, investigation, and prosecution of Organized Retail Crime related activities.

Responsibilities

Manage, direct, and follow up on all ORC cases
Analyze reporting to identify ORC theft patterns and develop strategies
Coordinate external focuses as needed
Follow up on refunds and submission of devalue requests
Manage and prioritize multiple cases
Communicate with law enforcement and prosecutors

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of study
2 years' experience with investigations and law enforcement
2 years' experience in using physical security systems
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office
