Job Description

The Lead Store Associate assists store management in driving sales and results, focusing on customer experience, inventory management, and operational processes.

Responsibilities

Maintain in-store experience by modeling CEL behaviors and responding to customer requests with urgency.
Supervise inventory management activities and ensure merchandise flow for a positive consumer experience.
Support the team in training, coaching, and providing feedback to associates.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of retail experience
High school graduate or equivalent
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
