Job Description

SKIMS is seeking a Concession Shop Leader to lead the new boutique in Bloomingdale's at Mall at Millenia. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Communicate financial goals to the team and demonstrate individual impact on performance
Recruit and develop top talent for the SKIMS team
Coach and motivate team members to reflect SKIMS's mission and values
Lead the sales floor with a customer-first mindset
Manage all operational aspects of the business
Oversee in-store environment and maintain visual merchandising standards
Manage P & L and adjust business strategies accordingly

Qualifications

4+ years of leadership experience in a department store
Proven track record in hiring, leading, and developing effective teams
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Deep understanding of customer service principles
Strong operational and organizational skills
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
