Job Description

The Assistant Project Manager position is a supervisory-level role requiring professionalism, autonomy, collaboration, and determination. This position involves extensive communication with multiple entities.

Responsibilities

  • Daily supervision of all shift operations
  • Training and supervision of all shift project staff
  • Responsible for scheduling, cost-effectiveness, and timely completion of tasks
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and safety policies
  • Develop beneficial relationships with external parties
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to meet project goals
  • Complete and submit required reports
  • Represent the company in a professional manner
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders as necessary
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience: 3+ years of supervisory experience
  • Certificate/Licensure: Valid driver's license, CDL Class A or B preferred
