Responsibilities

Provide payment, loyalty, and other support to members
Collaborate with internal teams and BPO team
Stay updated on product releases and enhancements
Adapt support to meet individual member needs

Qualifications

2-4 years of professional support experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and critical thinking skills
