Join USI as an Employee Benefits Sales Producer and be responsible for driving business sales, retention, and growing existing client revenue in the employee benefits sector.

Responsibilities

Achieve annualized new business sales of $200k in target market
Retain at least 92% of business year over year
Develop sales business plan and prospecting strategies
Engage in national and regional meetings and calls

Qualifications

3+ years of sales experience in insurance brokerage
College degree preferred
Life and Health insurance license required
Strong knowledge of Employee Benefits
