Job Description

Join our team as an Agent Support Specialist, responsible for supporting Direct Agents and Nationwide Vendors in the repossession and auction industry.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain open communication with Direct Agents and Nationwide Vendors.
  • Utilize client-provided systems to claim assignments for Agents.
  • Process assignments in a timely manner.
  • Review assignments for new opportunities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Agents with advanced needs.
  • Provide efficient resolution of Agent concerns.
  • Communicate regularly with client teams.
  • Utilize internal company capabilities to support recovery operations.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in collections and/or skip tracing (preferred).
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
