Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff professionally
Coordinate admissions process to ensure efficient patient flow
Assist patients with navigating services and arrange escorts
Address difficult situations calmly and effectively
Communicate with internal departments to enhance patient experience
Support departmental coverage during breaks or absences
Maintain a clean and organized admissions area

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Effective communication in English
