Responsibilities

Identify issues with returned electronics
Perform basic repairs to get them working again
Test and verify functionality

Qualifications

Must be able to factory reset phones, laptops, and tablets
Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve
Willingness to take on other tasks as needed
Self-motivated and detail-oriented
