Join our team as a Production Assistant, where you will contribute to creating high-quality products while gaining valuable experience in a thriving industry.

Responsibilities

Assist in the assembly of products on the production line, ensuring quality standards are met.
Operate and maintain various hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Support fabrication processes by preparing materials and components for assembly.
Work alongside experienced staff to learn mechanical knowledge relevant to manufacturing operations.
Utilize forklifts for moving materials and products within the warehouse as needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency.
Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals, challenges, and improvements.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or factory setting is preferred.
Familiarity with assembly line processes and warehouse operations is a plus.
Basic mechanical knowledge is beneficial for troubleshooting equipment issues.
Experience operating forklifts or other material handling equipment is advantageous.
Ability to work effectively with hand tools and power tools for various production tasks.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
