Job Description

Circle K is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations, supervise the team, maintain operational standards, and ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent guest service
Conduct second interviews for team members
Maintain restaurant cleanliness
Ensure food items are prepared according to regulations
Monitor cash, sales, and inventory records

Qualifications

Valid state Driver's License
Excellent communication skills
Ability to motivate and lead team members
Positive attitude and ability to achieve results
