Responsibilities

Serve as the voice of the customer by conducting regular discovery sessions
Manage internal and external expectations around priorities and delivery timelines
Advocate for the good of the business in every interaction and decision
Collaborate with various teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
Contribute to scale efforts by establishing and improving processes
Own critical data capture around customer usage and adoption
Provide feedback to optimize customer expectation management
Enhance company outreach through various activities
Work with leadership to optimize decision-making and amplify customer voice

Qualifications

5+ years as a B2B SaaS Product Manager
Experience with AI and LLM for business applications
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to partner effectively with stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively in diverse teams
Strong sense of empathy and desire to improve industry processes
Experience working in JIRA in a SOC2 Type II environment
CSPO and CSM certifications desired
Must be located in a US time zone
