Pick/pack orders with efficiency and 100% accuracy
Pick orders from the ground level using a pick cart
Pack orders to be shipped out
Meet minimum efficiency numbers for picking / packing customer orders
Warehouse/distribution experience
Previous pick/pack order experience
Ability to safely lift 50+ lbs
Detail-oriented with great communication and problem-solving skills
Computer literate and able to learn WMS system and handhelds
Basic math skills required
