Job Description

TownTasks is seeking a highly collaborative and detail-oriented Structural Designer to join our in-house Design team. The ideal candidate will have a track record of producing cost-effective P.O.P. displays and ensuring they meet customer requirements and ISTA transportation test standards.

Responsibilities

  • Create cost-effective P.O.P. displays to customer specifications
  • Produce high-level design and documentation efficiently
  • Submit displays for ISTA testing
  • Champion continuous process improvements
  • Build positive team atmosphere and mentor new team members

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in design or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years experience in POP display/packaging industry
  • Proficient in ArtiosCad, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
