3. Conduct new employee orientation.
4. Provide administrative support for benefits.
5. Assist with leave of absences and Workers' Comp administration.
6. Support Training and Development programs.
7. Coordinate recruitment activities.
1. Bachelor's degree in human resources preferred.
2. 2+ years experience in a Human Resources Department.
3. Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
