Job Description

Responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring productivity and operational goals are met, and maintaining compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

Manage daily operations, establish goals, assign tasks, and ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory specifications
Establish warehouse infrastructure, maintain operations, and contribute to strategic plans
Enforce security procedures, control inventory levels, and ensure workspace cleanliness
Supervise teams, conduct performance reviews, and optimize warehouse space utilization

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required; Advanced Degree desirable
6-8 years of related experience with 3+ years of supervisory experience
Prior warehouse management experience and strong computer skills
Excellent communication and project management skills
