Job Description

TownTasks is seeking Assistant Teachers / Floaters to work with Lead Teachers in creating fun and engaging classrooms for children in various age groups.

Responsibilities

Help plan and implement daily lesson plans
Communicate effectively with staff, children, and parents
Maintain a healthy classroom environment
Ensure compliance with center policies and state regulations
Maintain accurate records and files

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of professional child care experience
Strong communication and computer skills
High energy and ability to work well with others
Understanding of child development
Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification
High School Diploma or Associate's Degree in early childhood education or related field
