Job Description

TownTasks is seeking a Director of Retail Banking to provide leadership and support to our retail branching network.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of retail branch networks
Monitor staffing resources and effectiveness
Administer branch incentive programs
Collaborate with COO on operations, functions, and compliance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of five years experience in a related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to be bonded
