Job Description

Empire Today is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to join our team in Kent, WA. The ideal candidate will provide leadership to the sales team, drive sales goals, and ensure team success.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the sales team, including scheduling and tracking metrics.
Support onboarding and education of sales team members.
Conduct regular ride-along assessments with sales consultants.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED, 2-year degree preferred.
Minimum 1 year of sales management experience.
Experience in flooring or home improvement industries preferred.
Strong sales coaching and computer skills required.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
