Job Description

Join TownTasks as a Senior Workday Support Manager to provide advanced support and maintenance for our Workday system, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.

Responsibilities

System Maintenance and Support:

  • Provide advanced support for Workday modules, including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, and Absence Management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues and errors.
  • Perform regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.

Configuration and Customization:

  • Configure and customize Workday modules to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for system enhancements.

User Training and Documentation:

  • Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes and procedures.
  • Develop user guides and training materials.

Project Management:

  • Lead and participate in Workday-related projects, including system upgrades and the implementation of new modules.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications

The Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum trained in Workday HCM administration and configuration practices.
  • Proven experience within HR and/or Recruitment operational space.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in creating custom reports and dashboards in Workday.
  • Knowledge of data integration tools and techniques.
  • Workday certification in one or more modules.
  • Experience with Workday Studio, EIB, and other integration tools.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and best practices.
