Smith+Nephew is looking for a Senior Strategic HR Business Partner to design and deliver HR strategy and People programs for assigned client groups in alignment with the overall HR strategy and Global BU strategy.
HR Strategy: Participate in leadership, financial, and business planning meetings to advise on people and HR strategy for the business area. Use people analytics and data insights to advise business on people plan.
Leadership Coaching: Provide coaching and guidance to Senior business leaders.
Talent Management and Workforce Planning: Partner with business leaders to attract, develop, and retain top talent in the organization to support business strategy. Facilitate analysis, forecasting, and planning of workforce supply and demand, assessing gaps, and determining target talent management interventions.
Education: Bachelor's degree required - MBA or Master's equivalent preferred. HR certification for senior professional preferred (i.e. SPHR or CIPD).
Work Experience: Work experience within a global biomed/medtech organization and directly supporting a large COMMERCIAL team and Sr. Leaders is required. Significant HR data and analytics experience is required.
