TownTasks is seeking a Tech Lead Full Stack Engineer proficient in Java and React to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java web applications, technical leadership, and a strong understanding of Spring tools and React.

Responsibilities

Lead developers to meet product deliverables
Coach junior developers for scalable implementation
Contribute to design discussions and customer requirements
Promote clear and maintainable code
Identify and solve code/design optimization
Integrate with various systems, APIs, and platforms
Collaborate with multi-disciplined team for web applications

Qualifications

3-5+ years experience in Java web applications
5+ years of technical leadership
Experience with Spring Boot, React, Maven/Gradle, relational databases
Proficiency in Java/J2EE, JSP, Web Services
Strong communication skills and team player
Experience with CI/CD tools, data visualization, and project tracking
