Join our team as a BDC Customer Service Representative at Acura Service. We are looking for individuals with exceptional customer relations skills to engage with our luxury client base and work closely with our service team.
Supplementing the service team by answering client inquiries in a timely manner.
Scheduling service appointments and logging appointments in E-leads.
Fielding phone and internet inquiries.
Updating clients on the progress of their vehicle repairs.
Conducting follow-up calls.
Experience in phone sales or customer service preferred.
Outstanding phone presence with the ability to handle high call volumes.
Trainable in various computer systems.
Excellent communication and organization skills.
Outgoing personality with great customer relations ability.
