Job Description

Saica Group is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee crew training, production standards, and employee relations in a fast-paced corrugated board packaging environment.

Responsibilities

Apply group policies related to Equal Opportunities, Environment, Health & Safety, Equality, and Quality.
Organize crew training and multiskill system implementation.
Manage employee relations and coordinate with HR when necessary.
Ensure productivity standards, quality control, and Health & Safety compliance.
Carry out maintenance tasks and coordinate with the engineering department.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in a leadership role in a manufacturing environment.
Proficient in Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement techniques.
Excellent leadership, management, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and motivate the team.
