Job Description

City National Bank is seeking an Executive Assistant to manage the Executive's schedule, calendar, and details associated with various community and personal events. This role involves coordinating projects, managing confidential assignments, coordinating executive travel arrangements, meetings, and conference calls.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Executive?s schedule, calendar, and details associated with various community and personal events.
  • Coordinate projects, managing confidential assignments, as well as coordinate executive travel arrangements, meetings, and conference calls.
  • Act as a gate-keeper to prioritize and maintain productivity.
  • Compose and prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and other complex documents.
  • Function as a liaison to the Executive through regular interaction with all VIPs.
  • Develop effective relationships with colleagues.
  • Complete all required training.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 5 years of executive administration experience required.
  • Minimum 3 years of basic computer experience required.
