Join our team at TownTasks as a Trade Surveillance Strategist - Vice President focused on developing cutting-edge models for anomaly detection in trading activities.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with global teams to design and maintain quantitative models to detect suspicious trading behavior.
Conduct risk assessments and fine-tune surveillance systems for optimal precision/recall.
Utilize quantitative techniques for signal development and back-testing.
Work with large-scale structured and unstructured data for Machine Learning projects.
Partner with key stakeholders to uphold quality standards of surveillance analytics.

Qualifications

PhD or Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
6+ years of hands-on experience in Capital Markets.
Exceptional programming skills in Java, C++, or Python.
Proficiency in mathematical modelling and quantitative analysis.
Experience with data analysis and machine learning systems is a plus.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
