Job Description

Join our team as a BDC Call Center Internet Sales Representative at TownTasks. We are looking for dedicated individuals to respond to internet leads, confirm sales appointments, and perform long-term follow-up on all unsold customers.

Responsibilities

Create, maintain, and measure internet and business development processes
Manage a group of customer service representatives in a call center environment
Develop and maintain new hire and interview processes
Attract potential clients and retain current clientele by answering product and service questions
Contribute to high customer satisfaction scores
Strive for continual improvement in the BDC and the company
Give recognition when earned
Hold yourself and others to high moral and ethical standards

Qualifications

Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent
