Responsibilities

General cleaning of the building
Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
Cleaning and stocking restrooms
Cleaning restoration equipment
Clean up spills
Perform minor repairs
Notify supervisors of major repairs
Collect and dispose of trash
Keep cleaning supplies in stock
Vehicle maintenance as needed

Qualifications

Pass a Background Check
Manage time efficiently
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
Handle basic maintenance and repairs
Work safely with cleaning supplies
Valid NYS Drivers license
