Job Description

The Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for driving a culture of sustainable continuous improvement, operational excellence, and delivering on business goals and objectives. They provide detailed instruction and guidance on corporate Lean initiatives while executing continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Define requirements for operations and ensure implementation of Continuous Improvement strategies
Facilitate Lean activities including Kaizen events, Lean training, and value-stream mapping
Develop a yearly Continuous Improvement Roadmap for the site
Perform administrative duties and mentor employees

Qualifications

Degree in Logistics, Operations Management, Lean Manufacturing, or related field
3-5 years of Lean experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing
Travel required
Strong knowledge of Lean methodologies and Microsoft Office
