Job Description

Seeking a dedicated Internal Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive medical care to adult patients, focusing on prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of various health conditions. Must be bilingual in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough physical examinations and assessments of patients.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences.
Provide preventive care services, including health screenings and immunizations.
Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare providers for comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate medical records using electronic health record systems.
Educate patients about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
Stay current with advancements in internal medicine and participate in continuing education.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives for enhanced patient care.

Qualifications

Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
Board certification in Internal Medicine or eligibility for certification.
Valid medical license to practice in the state of employment.
Experience or interest in senior care, pediatrics, public health, or emergency medicine is preferred.
Familiarity with procedures such as gastric lavage, IV infusion, mammography, nuclear medicine, and sleep medicine is a plus.
Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.
