Job Description

TownTasks is seeking a Warehouse Leader to join our team in Texas. This role involves overseeing a team of operators in a warehouse setting, ensuring safety, training, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Supervise a group of 6-10 operators within the warehouse sector
Ensure safety, ergonomic, and 5S compliance
Train and certify operators, contribute to training matrix updates
Complete basic problem-solving and maintenance tasks
Manage operator movements based on demand
Contribute to creating/updating operational work standards
Ensure compliance with HSE and 5S rules
Support inventory accuracy and correction operations
Drive productivity and quality goals
Contribute to continuous improvement actions

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Associate degree/trade school certification in a related field
Physical ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform various tasks
OSHA10 or OSHA30 certification preferred
Forklift certification a plus
Experience in supporting/compliance with HSE & 5S rules
