Job Description

Warehouse Supervisor role responsible for managing all fulfillment center operations, team mentorship, inventory management, and product distribution cycle in a high-volume pick manufacturing center.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all product life cycles, including receiving, shipping, storing, and distributing products and materials within the manufacturing center
  • Implement best-in-class working and safety procedures and layout for the facility
  • Scale the warehouse team by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
  • Fulfill pick-pack orders efficiently and safely
  • Maintain security and cleanliness of the warehouse location
  • Create and maintain metrics and tracking of incidents
  • Ensure adequate staffing, equipment, and space utilization to fulfill production goals
  • Manage and develop the team to optimize productivity
  • Work closely with Quality Assurance teams to maintain high standards
  • Continuously improve policy, procedures, practices, and training
  • Prepare accurate reports regarding daily and weekly operations
  • Provide excellent service to internal and external customers

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in a fast-paced warehouse/production logistics environment
  • Experience managing a team of at least 10+ employees
  • Ability to use KPIs and data to manage and improve processes
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
