Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and mentor teachers in the classroom
Implement curriculum tailored to each child's needs

Partner with parents to provide the best care and education
Support center's success and goals
Build positive relationships with various stakeholders

Qualifications

Customer service and organizational skills
Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or NAEYC candidacy
2-3 years of Early Childhood Education Experience
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education
State qualifications or willingness to obtain
CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
Physically able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
Proficient in English
