Global Emergency Group is seeking a Human Resources Lead to manage HR functions and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR background and experience working in humanitarian crises.

Responsibilities

Serve as the HR lead for employees and consultants
Create standard operating procedures for HR functions
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
Lead onboarding and orientation processes
Develop benefits packages and training solutions

Qualifications

BS with 2+ years or MS with relevant experience
Knowledge of HR best practices
Experience in staff onboarding and contract employment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
