Job Description

Seeking a Desktop Support Executive with strong technical skills to provide second-line investigation and diagnosis for incidents/service requests. Must have in-depth knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware, Windows systems, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Provide second-line investigation and diagnosis
Resolve and close incidents/service requests within allocated timelines
Log incident/service request details in ITSM tool
Communicate with clients regarding incident progress
Perform staging of PCs and IMAC of end-user hardware
Conduct hardware and software maintenance and support
Troubleshoot PC incidents and VIP requests
Assist with IT security issues and virus elimination
Coordinate hardware and spare part stocking and inventory management
Imaging & provisioning of devices

Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in desktop support
Strong knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware, Windows systems, and troubleshooting
Experience with ticketing tools like Service Now
Understanding of active directory and networking
Knowledge of trading applications like ICE, Endure, Bloomberg
