Job Description

The Retirement Benefits Specialist will support the HR team with the administration of various compensation, benefits, and recognition programs. This role will involve managing the company's group health plan and 401(k) defined contribution plan.

Responsibilities

- Review and analyze HRIS data files

- Coordinate data error corrections for employee records

- Audit payroll deduction files for accuracy

- Prepare and analyze health plan and retirement data for compliance testing

- Oversee 401(k) match and true-up calculation

- Lead retirement compliance requirements

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

- 1-3 years of related experience

- Proficiency in MS Office Excel and PowerPoint

- Knowledge of group health plan and 401(k) administration

- Understanding of benefit plan document language and regulations
