Job Description

Lead the heart of our electrical operations as the Electrical Shop Foreman at TownTasks. This role involves overseeing the daily operations of the Electrical Shop, managing inventory, and ensuring smooth logistics.

Responsibilities

Own and manage all aspects of daily operations within the Electrical Shop.
Supervise and support a team of shop technicians.
Coordinate material receiving, labeling, kitting, and job-site delivery.
Conduct routine inventory cycle counts and maintain accuracy.
Prepare Bills of Material and collaborate with field teams.
Support delivery planning and ensure safety standards are met.
Enforce OSHA regulations and lead safety meetings.
Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.
Identify process improvements to optimize efficiency.
Forecast workload and shop capacity.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in an electrical shop or construction environment.
1+ year of supervisory experience.
CDL preferred.
Familiarity with DOT compliance and material handling.
Strong hands-on experience with warehouse operations.
Ability to read wiring diagrams and shop drawings.
Comfortable with physical labor.
Proficient in time management and multitasking.
