Job Description

Fogo de Chao is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to ensure exceptional guest experiences and manage restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

Advise and supervise restaurant team members.
Attract, develop, and retain all restaurant team members.
Utilize GuestBridge/OpenTable for reservations and wait times.
Ensure employee certifications are up to date.
Promote a Culture of Recognition.
Manage inventory, forecasting, and safety policies.

Qualifications

5 years restaurant operations experience.
High School Diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
Proficient in food planning, sanitation, personnel management.
Occasional travel required.
