Job Description

Warehouse Lead position at CJ Logistics overseeing warehouse operations and providing work assignments to employees. Temporary role for 6 months on the 3rd shift from 9:30 pm to 6:00 am.

Responsibilities

Assign daily tasks to Warehouse Associates and Forklift Operators
Provide coaching and training to employees
Conduct audits of warehouse procedures
Collaborate with Warehouse Trainer for employee certifications

Qualifications

At least 3 years of related work experience
Proficiency in Warehouse operations
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Ability to delegate work assignments
