Safe Appliances Inc. is seeking a motivated and results-driven Russian/English speaking Order Processing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The role involves managing the order lifecycle from receipt to delivery, maintaining inventory accuracy, and optimizing supply chain processes.

Responsibilities

Process customer orders from receipt through fulfillment, ensuring accuracy
Coordinate with purchasing to source required products and ensure timely availability
Oversee logistics process and track shipments for on-time delivery
Maintain positive supplier relationships and address any order discrepancies

Qualifications

High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 2 years experience in order processing, purchasing, or logistics
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and order management software
